These are somehow the most friendly and the most unhelpful people I've ever worked with. We came in in December, talked about ring designs, and ordered a custom ring. The price was very reasonable, and the person we worked with made no indications about interest or any of that. We check back in a few months later, in the spring. The ring isn't there, and the amount we're going to end up paying has ballooned to over twice the original price. Can we get a refund? Haha no. Can we at least have the ring because it's been months?... read more

José has been a great person on Helping me find what I’m looking for he, chopped out all the prices for me, and I had some great customer service. Totally recomendable to buy your personal jewelry or something for your wife or girlfriend. I had a good deals for my girl here.
