I was having a custom necklace made and they bought a necklace I had from me. They charged me $10,000 for the necklace. I had changed my mind about the necklace like a week later and asked for my necklace back but they said that they had already sent my necklace out and that they had started on making my custom necklace. They didn’t have the pictures of the custom necklace being made so to cancel my order and get back my original necklace they charged me $570 to ship it back. I wish I could give them 0 stars.
