Just got called by the manager of the service department shaking me down for a late payment of $170 when I’m laying in a hospital bed and the nurse was trying to get my attention. Larry decided yelling at me was the play when I told him I’d get to the payment when me, a guy who will be out of work for the next 3 months, will get home and I can get things in order. My daughter bought a vehicle from this dealership in July. Graduated college and bought her first new used car. Brought it back to have service work done as it already needed new tires, brakes, etc. over $1000 worth of work. Service manager said sorry we are under new ownership. lots of excuses and how they would not sell the vehicle in this condition. No one told him that when you buy a business, you buy the client base. So much for loyalty.
The new ownership at Country Club Chrysler Dodge Jeep is great! Excellent communication, service and sales team. Ask for Collin when your looking for a new car to purchase or lease. So happy with my experience there!
