Sheets were ripped, cigarette burns, I left a bag and they wouldn’t tell me if they had it and stopped answering the phone! It needs painted,cleaned!

Hotel room was dirty. Shower had no shower curtain. AC unit had visible mold. Shower had mold. AC unit was blowing warm air. Also hotel wants to charge $60 cash for incidentals. If you are using a booking site (i.e. Expedia, booking.com) please understand most of those ratings are incorrect. I have photos to prove. I checked in and left because they were unable to rectify the situation so I basically paid for a hotel I did not use. Of course hotel refused to give a refund. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the location did not feel safe. I was catcalled and harassed while outside the hotel, which made me very uncomfortable. The area was also extremely loud at night, with constant noise outside and loud residents throughout the building. The cleanliness of the room was honestly unacceptable.
