We have been here for dinner many times and the food never disapoints. The meals are always delicious and are huge servings. Staff are always very friendly and the place has a very friendly feel. Best value for money in town.
Good price rooms, nice mattress and basic shared bathroom pub had good food and atmosphere
We had a group staying overnight. One couple had a room with an en-suite & paid $100. My husband and I had a room without an en-suite which cost $120. I rang and spoke to the duty manager who claimed that their ‘head office’ sets the price & that our room had a single bed in it as well as a double, even though there was not a third person staying.
Food was delicious and staff very helpful
Excellent pub food, good portions and value for money. The winning dishes at our table were the schnitzel, the lamb cutlets and the wedges. The dessert won over my beloved, a sticky date pudding (excellent) with 2 massive scoops of ice cream!
