I been with my child which is 2 years and 5 months child have fever and crying , went to what they call it emergency department for child and just waiting 3 hours of not more , that was about a 2 week later ago and tonight take her again to what they call it emergency department for children and before I come to the hospital was talking to NHS by phone after conversation they said I must take her straight away to hospital and they will send fax I came to hospital was before 12 and still waiting which almost 2 hours child fev... read more

Joke of a place, empty waiting room and still force people to wait outside in the cold since it's "too busy at this time of year" and god forbid you try to ask what's going on with your child. Youget nothing but rudeness back.

Todsy i attended an eye apt with my non verbal autistic daughter, my faughter really struggles in these enviroments and was having meltowns which as u can i.agine waa really atressfull but jan from the front desk was amazing she helped so much and managed to get us back into our apt i cannot thank her enough for her kindness and support and also the 2 opticians that we met in our apr were great with my daughtet and very patient so i just want to say thank you very much.
