Great staff and information on modular homes
Our Royal Home delivered 2024 and apparently "finished" hasn't been a dream. Leaking windows that were poorly repaired, patches of paint missing, trim off, floor boards missing, gaps in the floor, basement flooding, new water tank broken, replacement new water tank also broken, plumbing leaks, kitchen island damaged, siding fitted incorrectly and all will need to be pulled off. Stopped in to get some information about the prefab homes and tour the model homes. Tracy answered many questions we had and informed us about the process. My father has a Royal Home and it has been a solid build for nearly 40 years. No issues with his house. It is worth inquiring about if you are looking for a new home.
