Do not buy a twin home in “ The Grove st Cottesmore”! In high point NC! If you’re not on the community’s HOA board friends list, you won’t get anything approved even in your back yard area!
I have really enjoyed my experience with Royal Homes. I love that you can meet the builder at closing and I love that they hand you all the documents you would ever need at closing. As a realtor, it’s really important to me to have open, straight forward communication for my clients. I want my clients to be completely satisfied with the house that they purchase and royal homes helped me do that.
