Derrick is very knowledgeable and thorough. We now feel very confident about our home purchase.
What started as a good experience has ended badly. Went under contract May 2024 and was told my home would be ready in 6 to 7 months. In August 2024 still nothing done on building the home. All I received was excuses and everybody else was at fault in the delays. It's now March of 2025 and they gave a closing date for the end of March. Do not buy a twin home in “ The Grove st Cottesmore”! In high point NC! If you’re not on the community’s HOA board friends list, you won’t get anything approved even in your back yard area!
I have really enjoyed my experience with Royal Homes. I love that you can meet the builder at closing and I love that they hand you all the documents you would ever need at closing. As a realtor, it’s really important to me to have open, straight forward communication for my clients. I want my clients to be completely satisfied with the house that they purchase and royal homes helped me do that.
