Terrible builder. 167 defects with our build, Royal Homes said they would spend zero fixing anything and that proved correct. 9 months on house still a mess . Our foundation was built incorrectly and they have no clue what they did. Over 40 windows leak. Run far away from this company.
Terrible I sent an email and they never replied. When people are struggling and I'm offering money for products and no response they're not getting my business
