The will rip you off. Sadly our Royal Home delivered this year and apparently "finished" hasn't been a dream. Leaking windows that were poorly repaired, patches of paint missing, trim off, floor boards missing, gaps in the floor, basement flooding, new water tank broken, replacement new water tank also broken, plumbing leaks, kitchen island damaged. It has been a nightmare. Edit: Over 160 defects and issues on our January 2025 6 monthly Tarion report
Sadly our Royal Home delivered this year and apparently "finished" hasn't been a dream. We couldn't believe how dedicated and professional your staff Ken and Jeff were to travel a great distance this morning, through very dangerous road conditions to do work at our home in Tobermory. The homes are amazing, but the people that work here made us feel so welcomed. We can't wait to work with them.
