My wife and I live in a Royal Home in a retirement community in Brantford Ontario. (Smokey Hollow Estates) We moved into our home in 2019 and have had no issues. Construction and quality are amazing. We recently needed some replacement bulbs for our under cabinet track lighting and were not able to find them locally. We reached out to Royal Homes and within a day, a representative, Norman North, delivered some replacement bulbs to our door. We highly recommend Royal Homes for both quality and service. Thank you.
Utter garbage build quality. Nightmare issues with windows and basement. Basically zero warranty response. Now we get the roof inspected and find it's a mess as well. Run far away from this company. They are terrible. !67 defects on our first tarion claim, will be 500 on our next one. If we could give zero stars we would. They fight every step of the way to fix nothing and accuse the homeowner of making up defects. As the water keeps on leaking in our windows. The will rip you off. Sadly our Royal Home delivered this year and apparently "finished" hasn't been a dream. Leaking windows that were poorly repaired, patches of paint missing, trim off, floor boards missing, gaps in the floor, basement flooding, new water tank broken, replacement new water tank also broken, plumbing leaks, kitchen island damaged. It has been a nightmare. Edit: Over 160 defects and issues on our January 2025 6 monthly Tarion report

Leaking windows that were poorly repaired, patches of paint missing, trim off, floor boards missing, gaps in the floor, basement flooding, new water tank broken, replacement new water tank also broken, plumbing leaks, kitchen island damaged.
