10/10 experience and would highly recommend. Very friendly service to be able to help with any roofing needs with prompt and efficient communication. Excellent quality of work. I would definitely recommend them and plan on choosing them again in the future.
In my opinion the best roofing company in Illinois, I previously reroofed my house 20 years ago and a rental house Myself. So I know about roofing, my neighbor had their roof done by Royal and were very happy with them so after a large hail storm I called them. The man I dealt with Raul was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Royal did both of my houses and did an excellent job. They covered my landscaping and everything was clean after they were done. I 100% recommend Royal Roofing!
It was a very long frustrating process because insurance didn't want to pay for a full roof replacement although it was need. Royal did a good job on the roof and even replaced rotten plywood on the roof. They did all the work with the insurance company which I didn't even realize was possible. Angelica helped and assisted a lot even when I was frustrated she helped as best as she could. The end was worth wait.
