I went to see the atmosphere and inquired about a listing. The lady in the side office gave me everything reason why my mom wouldn't be accepted. The lady at the desk seemed like she didn't have a prob. After feeling some type of way .I asked a few more questions and left with NO INTENTIONS of ever calling . It's NOT OK TO ASSUME anything about anyone. I assumed that perfume or odor was coming from one of you but noticed as I left it's the office ... Management is in shambles, the mobile home park is run down, old mobile homes, a few newer ones, and to top it off the week of January 15, 2025 an older vacant mobile home in space 264 caught fire. Crazy place to live, with a majority of elderly white racist residents.
Clean, quiet, no frills and no complaints. Air conditioned laundry room, however two of the washers were inoperative. Water was shut down with no warning for a day, but that kind of thing does happen from time to time.
Great neighbors, love the pool & hot tubs, large community room with many events
Absolutely wonderful! Beautiful landscaping! Fantastic scenery with outstanding staff employees who were very helpful! Highly Recommend!
