Management is in shambles, the mobile home park is run down, old mobile homes, a few newer ones, and to top it off the week of January 15, 2025 an older vacant mobile home in space 264 caught fire. Crazy place to live, with a majority of elderly white racist residents.
Clean, quiet, no frills and no complaints. Air conditioned laundry room, however two of the washers were inoperative. Water was shut down with no warning for a day, but that kind of thing does happen from time to time.
I was told I was not allowed on the property except to get my tools from a residence house. So I can't do work cuz I do handyman work now and they could not give me a reason why I'm not allowed on the property. All they said was they have proof that I was living in somebody's shed I wasn't.

Absolutely wonderful! Beautiful landscaping! Fantastic scenery with outstanding staff employees who were very helpful! Highly Recommend!
