This review is a reflection, I feel, on both the broker (Royal Heritage Reality Ltd) and the agency (Bewdley Real Estate Team)...I "believe" I have those names correct. Without Prejudice: Our seasonal property was sold June 8, 2023 with closing Aug 31, 2023. The agent (for both buyer and seller) asked that we permit the buyer to occupy the premises until closing.
