Proctor was very nice and helpful. There are lockers for your belongings, you keep the key during the test, so no need to worry about your car keys or phone. I had an issue during my exam with the software and it was resolved quickly. Just read the rules/handbook for your test to know what to expect before coming in!

I had one of the worst experiences at this place. They demanded that I leave all my belongings with them up front and I said I was uncomfortable doing so. They made me put my things in my car but then said I’d need to give them my keys. I was also wearing an expensive watch which the lady told me I had to leave with her also. I asked to see where in the rules it says that I could not wear a watch, which she could not do.
