I had one of the worst experiences at this place. They demanded that I leave all my belongings with them up front and I said I was uncomfortable doing so. They made me put my things in my car but then said I’d need to give them my keys. I was also wearing an expensive watch which the lady told me I had to leave with her also. I asked to see where in the rules it says that I could not wear a watch, which she could not do. Ola was amazing! She helped me get into my login, it took over 20 minutes, I was feeling defeated but Ola assure me that everything will be alright and least to say it was! Thanks again Ola!
A very professional and well-maintained testing center. The staff at the front desk was warm, knowledgeable, and efficient in getting me set up for my test. It’s clear that some negative reviews may be from former employees, which shouldn’t take away from the excellent service provided here
Very professional and ease of service taking my exam. It is closer to my home and I appreciated the times that were offered for my exam (noon slot time). Olla was a great preceptor, very kind and professional. Facilities were clean and readily available. My one thing I would provide suggestion on is updating the bathroom with mounting a toliet roll and paper towel dispenser but really nothing bad about this place to take an exam in.
I just took my state exam at Royal. The inside is a little dated, but I had a very good experience. Ola was the only registration person there, and did good checking everyone to make sure no cell phones, notes of any kind, wanded everyone down to make sure no phones, or devices were in the classroom. There were lockers with locks on them to store personal items and a coat rack for coats. Everyone was registered in a timely fashion and got everyone settled into the testing room a group at a time.
