Took my friend to get his Tesla a full detail. The people here lost his key card. Won’t be coming back anymore. Unprofessional

Brought my car in on Saturday afternoon. Only 3 other people were waiting for their car. Took 35 minutes from the vacuum stage to start washing it. The washing tunnel wasn't working so they were washing the cars with a water hose in the back. From start to finish took 1 hour 15 minutes. Final result was mediocre. It was $40 for a bad job. Never coming here again.
