This department is supposed to open at 8am, yet the receptionist never turns up until 8am. Then they have to log etc, it's always been the same.
I attended CT yesterday (03/11/25) for a procedure under CT guidance. Having had the same procedure, elsewhere, previously (just by X-ray) & sadly drenched the pillow, with pain tears throughout, I was naturally NOT looking forward to this. Hannah was very quick to reassure me it would be nothing like previously & it wasn’t - night & day difference. Appointment yesterday 25/08/24 for an MRI scan Head & Spine. My experience was one of an efficient department, reassuringly comforting staff and being put at ease - even though I’m quite familiar now with procedures. I have nothing but praise for the Radiology/MRI team. Not on my recommendation visit list but if needs must it’s the best place to be, you’ll be in excellent professional hands. Philip Bird
