The room was nice but the building we were in only had one working elevator on the very far end of the hall. when we were leaving we waited over 30 minutes for that one elevator.

Overall, this was a great stay. The place was very clean and in excellent shape. Some of the arrival and parking instructions confused me a little, but the rental management staff was very professional and answered the phone every time I had a question. The location is great. It's outside of Gulf Shores, making it less crowded and there is a Dollar store down the road that has everything. If you want to go into town to eat or shop, it is only a 20-minute drive. The hotel is a little outdated, and the hot tub had way too much chlorine. On the plus side, it has beach access, and the pool was nice. There’s a $35 parking fee, which felt a bit steep. The closest store is a Dollar General about 5 minutes away, so it gives off a secluded vibe. If you’re looking to relax and not do much, it’s perfect. But if you want more options, Walmart is about 20 minutes away, and everything else is accessible—it’s just a longer drive.
