Delivery was great and so was communication. However, since I installed the sod I've had nothing but different weed showing up including grasses like quackgrass, clumping fescue, star of bethlehem (primarily in one area that was a separate sod purchase from Royal), and other noxious weeds. The previous established grass, which was removed only because I needed to level the yard, was fully removed and did not have these weeds. Excellent customer service and I highly recommend this business to anyone needing sod . I laid the sod purchased and it was lush and beautiful .
