Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful experience. I'm shocked by how rude and unprofessional the owner of this business was. My husband brought in a genuine watch, and without any explanation or proper evaluation, the owner bluntly said it was fake and insulted my husband by telling him he “doesn’t know anything about watches.” No reasoning. I have been going to RCB for about 5 years. The staff is great! Raj the owner is very easy to deal with and is very fair. I recently wanted to sell some jewelry, I didn’t feel comfortable going to other places so I went back to Raj. He is a gentleman and treated me with respect.i sold my jewelry to him with no regrets. The owner was asking $190 over spot price for a one ounce gold bar. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place complete rip off. I was able to shop around and found a way better deal than this place. The owner is apparently a fortune teller and said the gold will go up everyday. Apparently this isn’t just a gold store it’s a psychic reader too.
