Kim made my very first facial a wonderful and relaxing. The atmosphere felt calm and comfortable. Kim answered questions and asked questions. We made some small talk, but was quiet when needed so I could enjoy the moment. She even pampered my young granddaughter, which was worth more than I could have paid her.
