My overall experience with Royal Glass was outstanding. First, my initial experience with Jenn and Darrell over the phone was excellent. Darrell then trekked from Reno over an hour all the way out over the snow to my off-the-grid home (I had to pick him up in a tracked vehicle) to make measurements for my shower enclosure. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. His estimate was fair and delivery to his shop of my glass was spot on his estimated time. Highly recommend Royal Glass! Professional and prompt with very detailed evaluation of a leak in the window. Took the time to explain with taking out trim neatly/safely to see and locate problem area then recaulked foam insulation putting back trim then final caulking around it. We have used Royal Glass and Shower Door for all our glass needs for over 8 years. Darrell and his crew have done shower doors, glass cabinet doors, replaced three broken glass cabinet doors, and several plate glass windows for us. They are always friendly, professional, honest, competent, responsive, and their prices are very competitive. Royal Glass is our go-to for all our glass needs!
Wow, these guys are great! We'd been on a wait list in Truckee since July. I called Royal yesterday and the phone was answered right away and we booked an appointment for the next day. The guys arrived on time and were very pleasant, fixed our shower door on the spot. Highly recommended!
