It's been a few years since I had this done. I note that first because they could be under new management or something. I had a rear window replaced. I gave this place a chance because it was a few dollars cheaper than the major glass places and I like to support the smaller businesses. They left a lot of Black glue putty type stuff all around the edges. I asked about getting it cleaned up and he told me it would come off. I was never able to get it cleaned off. I have used this business twice and both times have been awful. Most recently, I had window replaced on my vehicle. I was called the day prior and told I would receive a call between 8-9 am. I call them at 9:15 to receive the response "Oh yea, I forgot wil be out between 11-1pm.". At 1:12pm, I called again, they not only didn't know where the installer was but had my wrong number on file despite having called me the day prior AND me correcting the number during my AM call.
