Salam Aldulaimi has been quick to help me on several occasions although I did not have an appointment. He is friendly, honest, accommodating, and competent, having taken time out of his very busy schedule to assist me. I feel I can count on him to help me if any other issues arise. The entire staff at Royal Gas Station is very cordial, plus, the gas prices are usually very reasonable. I would choose, whenever possible, to go to this gas station rather than any other in the Fairfax area.
I had an excellent experience at this auto repair shop! I came in needing a tire replacement, and they got it switched out quickly with a brand new one at a very reasonable price. The customer service was absolutely amazing—everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. It's not every day you find a place that treats you like family and doesn't try to upsell you. Highly recommend to anyone looking for honest, quality auto service!
I pressed unleaded and it gave me unleaded plus price. This place just scammed me $4 :(
I've been a customer of Salam's for over 5 years and have never has a complaint about his work. He has always been professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He has fixed everything from bodywork to brakes to spark plugs and electrical problems in my car. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable, knowledgeable and affordable mechanic.
Salam diagnosed and repaired my broken car horn and got me back out on the road in like five minutes!
