Everyday hallways always smell like cigarette or marijuana smoke even though there is a "No Smoking Policy" scent will travel into your condo. Annual meetings are a joke, simple cause and effect but no solutions. No signs or anything that will hold anyone accountable for breaking the rules. Light bulbs never get switched out or changed!
