Started speaking to Royal Garage Door prior to our move to Florida. Super responsive and took the time to price out my job as well as making arrangements to get tremendous pricing on my 2 new Liftmaster door openers. Then this week when we officially moved in they installed our new openers in a timely, professional manner. We are so thankful for the fast (within an hour of our emergency request) and professional service we received to repair our garage door. Not only was the snapped cable replaced, which required quite a bit of disassembly, but other safety issues were identified and addressed to avoid future potential mechanical failure. Fair pricing for the excellent quality of service we received.
Our garage door opener failed. We reached out to Royal and Ivan gave us a fair price and was able to get the opener and come replace it very quickly. Ivan showed up early and completed the job quickly and professionally.
Came out the day I called him to repair my garage door. Fast, friendly and trust worthy. Will definitely call them when I need them again.
