The WORST experience EVER!!! They make the sale and that is IT!!! They said i will call you later today to get you scheduled for delivery, never got a call, keep calling finally a week later we got a delivery date. Deliver the furniture without the parts to put the tables together, they say we will order them someone will contact you within 2 business days for us to come back out and assemble it, a week later no call no follow up. Wouldn’t recommend or purchase anything else from them. Brought a bed from them they came out and put it together. I had to take the bed apart. When putting the bed back together the guys that did the set up stripped screw holes, so the bed couldn’t be put back together, and Royal furniture wouldn’t replace my bed after their guys stripped the screw holes.
Do not buy anything at the store I bought a couch with two recliners in it and a rocking recliner. Haven’t even had it a year didn’t even have it eight months before the cushions all completely went flat the arms you can feel wood every time you sit on it it feels like it’s fallen through. It feels like you’re sitting on cardboard. This is the cheapest worst furniture I’ve ever bought and I bought the extended warranty with it. I have called that store at least five times and no one from the warranty place will call me back ... read more
I purchased a dining room table and the delivery guys left my dining area a complete mess. Cardboard and styrofoam were everywhere and they didn’t even attempt to clean it up. I found this to be unprofessional and very disrespectful of my home. When I called the store to inform them, the only concern they had was if the delivery guys called before coming.
