I visited this store yesterday evening. Upon entering the store I saw a woman sitting on one of the sofas wrapped in a blanket listening to her earphones and laughing a little at whatever she was browsing on her phone. I assumed she was a customer, so I didn't think anything about her position. Once I reached the back of the store I was greeted by a man at the customer desk. The WORST experience EVER!!! They make the sale and that is IT!!! They said i will call you later today to get you scheduled for delivery, never got a call, keep calling finally a week later we got a delivery date. Deliver the furniture without the parts to put the tables together, they say we will order them someone will contact you within 2 business days for us to come back out and assemble it, a week later no call no follow up. Wouldn’t recommend or purchase anything else from them. Brought a bed from them they came out and put it together. I had to take the bed apart. When putting the bed back together the guys that did the set up stripped screw holes, so the bed couldn’t be put back together, and Royal furniture wouldn’t replace my bed after their guys stripped the screw holes.
