I bought King Hickory furniture here .Three years ago .I called after receiving about a week later that’s the material is peeling .The owner said get a tool at Hobby Lobby it will take it right off it’s because it’s new .Well three years later it’s still peeling .We were very specific about the material being durable .The sales associate obviously didn’t sell us what we need .My parents have always patronized Royal Furniture.Royal furniture is not the same as it use to be .From quality to customer service .Times have changed... read more
We had an amazing experience with ordering multiple pieces from Royal Furniture! When moving into our hound we found the need for additional furniture items to really put the finishing touches on our space, ordered 2 mattresses with frames, a reclining sofa and a sectional. Art was very thoughtful in helping me come up with the design of my sectional as I wasn’t sure what I wanted at first in terms of color/fabric/layout, but I was pretty particular about the feel of the cushions I wanted.
