Do not buy anything through Royal Furniture, I purchase $6,000 of furniture which included two couches and a bed frame. One of the couches started smoking and I called to have it serviced, we paid an extra $400 for the full coverage insurance they offer. Garbage this place is a joke. Furniture is junk and management is unprofessional Corporate office is a joke. Furniture with a warranty that never gets fixed or credited back. I wouldn't let my worst enemy buy this junk... I bought many thousands of dollars of junk I'll never buy anything else from them. I've learned my lesson to read the reviews. There is many bad reviews on this junk of a Furniture store. Word of advice don't buy from Royal Furniture you'll get screwed
Bought lift recliner from this company. It had to be replaced once due to broken lift mechanism. The replacement has the same problem. I have called repeatedly with no response. I'm leveraging myself out of the chair with a back injury. DON'T expect service if your purchase breaks for the second time. The store shifts you to Michelle (customer service ) and you leave a message. It gets lost I guess. And all the while you're hurting trying to use a broken chair. Hadn't heard anything yet. Purchased new couch and recliner one year ago. Couch arrived damaged. Royal said someone would come right out and repair it. Did not. Have repeatedly called and visited store trying to get help. Empty promises abound but no help. Set is paid for. I already need a new couch because of the damage. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. NOT ETHICAL OR CREDITABLE.
