We ordered a chair for our nursery from Royal furniture in October. We were told it was on back order and would come around thanksgiving, which then got pushed back to Christmas Eve. About a week or two before Christmas, they called me to tell me my chair was at the warehouse and would be shipping to the store soon. I visited this store yesterday evening. Upon entering the store I saw a woman sitting on one of the sofas wrapped in a blanket listening to her earphones and laughing a little at whatever she was browsing on her phone. I assumed she was a customer, so I didn't think anything about her position. Once I reached the back of the store I was greeted by a man at the customer desk.
