The most unprofessional doctor I have ever met, with the biggest ego—going on and on about her 35 years of experience—while patients are still waiting outside for hours to see her. My teenage daughter was seen at paediatric A&E today when she felt ill when out with a friend. By the time I arrived, she had been triaged and was waiting for the doctor. She was seen really quickly, and the North American female doctor we saw was excellent. Sympathetic, clear, reassuring and with practical advice on how to manage the issue. Also explained what to do if the illness did not resolve and set our her reasoning as to the most likely diagnosis. I was so impressed. Big thank you. Great treatment.

I would give the staff in this A&E 5 stars - everyone was attentive, friendly and made the whole experience infinitely better! I waited about 3-3.5 hrs to be seen for a minor finger injury, but the consultant told me it was a particularly busy day. From 12-4pm. Definitely on the longer side, but the communication from the staff at Reception was helpful and overall it was a good experience despite the wait.

Was sent to Royal Free by Northwick Park. Was seen by the Plastics team early hours of the morning. Very friendly and happy ladies. Done a great job on my hand. Alot better than my local Northwick Park.
