James did a wonderful job with our carpets and upholstery. He shared his expertise to help us make informed decisions about what we needed to have done and was very responsive in his communication when setting up our appointment. Highly recommend!

James did an excellent job. He displays a good understanding about carpets and how to get them clean. He approaches the job in a thoughtful manner, and is easy to work with. He uses corner protectors to avoid any problems with his hoses. I would be glad to recommend James to anyone I know!

He even managed to remove some stubborn stains. He was professional, easy to work with, and his rates were extremely reasonable.
