Mr Justin showed nothing but professionalism in taking the survey on my foundation with well explanation of his findings coupled with honest recommendations.
Royal has surveyed my foundation twice now. Both times they recommended no foundation work, which I find to be quite remarkable for a company whose business is to repair foundations. The company representative, Justin Cantù, was always on time, very professional, and very courteous. He took the time to explain his findings and to discuss options for if and when I needed work performed. Royal foundation, from what I can tell, did a great job correction the 5 inch deviation from the center of the house to the front of the house. However, here is my disappointment, Royal Foundation sugested having a hydrostatic test done onthe plumbin after the house was leveled. As expected there was a crack in the sewer line. Here is were they get you... instead of waiting for the hydrostaic test be completed first, Royal Foundation filled the holes they dug under the home to place the beams and the pillars. Very Happy with the work and the professionalism of this company. I have a home on the market and a crack in the foundation came up just as the spring market for home sales started up. The home is in Texas and I am in Wisconsin. They gave a competitive bid and a quick timeline to complete the foundation repair. All done very quickly.
