I bought a Ford Transit van from this place that they had to have known needed brand new brakes as well as a whole new abs system. I test drove it and found that the brakes seemed off so they took off about 1.4k from the price, but to find out a whole new brake system AND abs system would cost almost 4k. This happened withing 2 days of driving the vehicle. When I reached out to Tom the Salesperson I bought the van from I got no response.

They are joke tell you you need between $8000 to $10000 down on a $15000 car would give them a zero if I could what a joke

If I could give this dealer negative stars, I would. This review is dtd May 9, 2025. On this day, the Service Department at Blue Springs Ford refused to honor the warranty we bought from Ford and left my wife and our handicapped daughter in our car with the transmission going out. They further lied about me and refused to return my calls. Their actions are vicious, cowardly, immoral, cruel and cowardly in the extreme. Just had our 2019 Ford Transit Connect serviced at Metter Ford following a Engine Temperature Coolant Sensor that went bad at 87,000 miles. Philip in Service gave expert guidance and the shop mechanics did a wonderful job at a needed system flush and sensor replacement - plus gave vital advice on engine specifics. Service advisor Kurt advised me my F-150 needed a new battery. He produced a readout showing low volts/amps for the battery. I told him the battery was new and under warranty so I declined the new battery purchase. Next day I took my truck to Les Schwab (where I bought the battery 2 years before). Les Schwab reported the battery had an almost full charge and was fine. Lithia lost our business.

I ordered a 2025 Ford Maverick at the Germain Ford, Beavercreek, Ohio location and picked it up this week. Drake Haley was my product specialist. Was very friendly, courteous, and professional. He went over all the details of the vehicle and how to navigate the electronics. All of my questions were answered, and I could not have asked for a better experience.
