We booked three 1-hour massages, and it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. Our appointment was scheduled for 6:00 PM, but the session didn’t start until 6:25 and ended around 7:10. One of the therapists even left for about 10 minutes during the massage. As a result, everything felt rushed and poorly done. Considering the price, the quality was unacceptable. Terrible service—they demanded a tip from me and told me I was obligated to give one. She even started explaining to me that I was stupid and didn't understand that I was supposed to leave it.
