Had a project with very detailed patterns on exterior trims. Royal Foam handled the custom CNC work without issues and delivered faster than expected. EPS material is easy to work with and looks premium after finishing.
We ordered custom exterior window trim for our home in Arizona. The EPS material looks just like painted wood but is way lighter and handled the heat perfectly. Royal Foam advised us on all issues. Before we placed our most recent order with Royal Foam we asked for a commitment regarding the time. The first order we placed we were told would take 4 weeks and it took 10 weeks. This most recent order was very time sensitive. We asked them to commit to a 4 week production time. They assured us they would meet our time constraint. We added Royal Foam’s exterior cornices to our house in Illinois, and I can't say enough good things! I really thought they were plaster at first, but way lighter and easier to install. The manager explained everything clearly and helped adjust the design to our older facade.
