He was very knowledgeable and professional, quickly diagnosing the issue and explaining everything clearly. Stevie handled the situation with efficiency and care, which helped ease the stress of dealing with a plumbing emergency on a weekend. We want to publicly thank Nick for his time today inspecting our home’s sewer line for a clog that was backing up into our shower. He was very polite and went straight to business camera-ing our sewer. He even went into our crawlspace to inspect the pipes after he camera’d the lines. He was very thorough trying to clear the located clog with his equipment on-hand.
