Very reliable plumber that has done several jobs for me in Norwich, from identifying and fixing leaks, to repairing a shower temperature gauge to installing new radiator valves. They have always been very helpful, quick to respond to messages, happy to give out advice and tidy up afterwards. Highly recommend.
Richard was brilliant came out within 24 hours to assess the situation and by Monday afternoon everything fixed and sorted. Thanks again!
Guy was in the house for about 10 minutes and said he'd need to get a part and he'd get back to me the next week to sort the repair but that I needed to pay the callout fee of £160. I paid this and I never heard from him again, I've chased several times and heard nothing. I tried to claim back through the bank but unfortunately it wasn't covered. A costly mistake I won't be making again, and I suggest you don't either!
We firstly called in dial a plumber, a rather grumpy person arrived and took one look and said we needed a new system with a price to match. We were then recommended royal flush, who came promptly and fixed promptly. Would thoroughly recommend for any issues you have. Thank you.
