Came super quick after contacting Richard to look at an issue at my place of work! Very nice and friendly, diagnosed the issue and was back within a week with the new part to install! Quick communication and would 100% recommended!

I phoned Richard as the flush mechanism on our toilet had broken. He messaged me back within an hour & I was lucky that he was available the next day. He fixed the toilet and also replaced the kitchen taps & was polite & tidy, leaving no mess. The bill was very reasonable. Would definitely call in the future if we had any plumbing problems and would certainly recommend.
