The entire process of replacing an old septic system with a new one up in a rocky forested lot off the McKenzie River went as smoothly as could have ever been expected. Our septic system was having issues. Adam came out on Sunday and pumped the tank. He discovered that the baffles needed to be replaced. Scott and another employee (sorry that I didn't get his name) came out on Friday. They did a great job replacing the baffles and part of one of the pipes. Great job and great customer service. Office staff was also really nice. Would recommend Royal Flush. Will be using them for all of our septic needs.

If you’re going to spend the big bucks to get a new septic give these guys your business. Had a new septic put in two years ago. A fitting broke (not their fault) and they came out dug it out with a spade fixed it and left Less then 24 hours after I called. Great company. Following up with good customer service 2 years after the install.

royal flush replaced a septic tank pump a year ago. just one year later the pump stopped working. we paid $295 for them to fix the new pump. the technician didn't find anything wrong with it. 6 days later i noticed it wasn't working again. they charged us $315 to come out and diagnos the problem just 6 days later. the technician looked at our system a second time and said gravel may have caused the backflow to stay open. which would have ruined the first pump, and would have ruined the second new pump. why did we pay $1500, ... read more
