Response to owner: Doing a service you rather do than what an owner requests is ridiculous and not "our best interest." No customer needs to disclose the services they are performing on their property to you in order to receive a requested service. I called Best Septic and they came and pumped half my septic as requested, so that my contractors could do their job. No nonsense or unprofessional behavior from a project manager not listening. Do not use this company, call someone else instead. They are ripping people off trying to add trouble shooting and services you don't want. I specifically asked for my septic to be pumped and the project manager ignored me and sent someone to run a camera instead. When I spoke to him again he wasn't even going to send someone to pump my septic. I had already dug it out and took the lid off to verify it's full. Overall unprofessional with poor communication. Do not recommend this company. I purchased a house that needed a new septic system installed and it was part of the agreement that seller would pay for this. This is the company the prior owner paid to do the job which notably was a $25,000 job. -Very poor communication throughout the installation which took weeks longer than they quoted with gaps that were unexplained, showing up random days to work -They installed a different type of system than prior system and did not commu... read more

Ten years ago I called a septic service that did just what they do. I ended up calling Royal Flush who took care of the problem and give me advice about the tank. A week ago I need their service and got the same great service this time as I did ten years ago and ten years from now I'll call them again unless I need them sooner. I'd highly recommend Royal Flush Septic Service to take care of your tank.
