This would've been my first time using this company and when talking to the sales department they were not very friendly when I was asking if they were able to accommodate a funeral one town over on a Saturday. They had mentioned that they only service Raymond 2 days in the week and so it would've had to sit there for extended amount of time and charged a lot more. This business does not deserve those ridiculous reviews. I've used them for years + they are incredibly reliable and the units are clean and new. You shouldn't give somebody a one-star review because you're canceling your order and want your money back, you don't like the type of toilet paper they use, etc. The porta potties are delivered on time and cleaned weekly + nobody on my job sites are ever unhappy to use them.
I have used Royal Flush from Windham Maine on and off for 10 years now. We have always been more than satisfied with their customer service. Polite, responsive, maintenance of unit on my property and price has always been great.
We wont need this porta pottie after all.. how can i cancel and get $ back
