Thank you Martiza and her team! When I first met with her, she was so professional and kind. She understood what I wanted, she gave me the most beautiful flowers and designs. My family and guests loved the flowers!! They were so fresh!! Also Martiza and her team came all the way to NJ to design my wedding. I used royal floral designs for my wedding in 2023 when they had recently opened up and gave them a chance. The first picture is the image I showed them of what I wanted for my stage, they promised me they’d deliver. Day of wedding this is what I received instead. Incredibly disappointing. I also asked for peonies in my wedding bouquet and they said it’s not in season in August even though my sister in law had them in November and they never emailed me back when I questioned them about it and asked if they could order 3-4. I want to thank Royal Floral Designs for all their excellent attention. The floral arrangements met all our expectations and my daughter's Quinceañera was spectacular. I will not hesitate to recommend them and do not hesitate to visit them for any floral arrangement; they are the best. My daughter's bouquet was beautiful. Thank you very much.

I went through the entire process with this company. I drove a long way and even called ahead to make sure the contract would be printed and the deposit ready to drop off, and I was assured it would be ready. When I arrived nothing was prepared. Jose promised to call me back several times but never followed through. After two weeks of waiting and unreturned calls I finally received a call saying they could not take on the work after leading us on for weeks. Very unprofessional from start to finish.
