We have received our new Aussiemate 21 ft. Bill and the team made it a very easy process and the van was delivered on time to Perth. We have been on our first trip and everything works as it should. Very pleased with the level of finish and quality. Looking forward to many more trips with the kids and in luxury! Highly recommend
Loved the concept of the RF Piazza we had custom built. Disappointed with the overall experience & lack of support from the owner. 17/10/2025 The following has been added after reading the reply posted from RF Caravans. There were many warranty issues/claims made when we owned the caravan. At the time, we mentioned some of the issues we had on the private RF owners FB page. Loved the concept of the RF Piazza we had custom built. Disappointed with the overall experience & lack of support from the owner.
I have had a couple of warranty issues that have been a slow to be resolved but I have been told by the warranty manager that the owner Bill has directed that they be rectified. I will report back when they are finalized. The van itself is capable and unique, being a van that can carry a small boat on a roof rack and motor bikes or an ATV/quad on a lowering rear deck at the back.
Clint at Royal Flair helped us with the purchase of our new Piazza caravan. He facilitated this through his patient and prompt responses to all our enquiries. We found him exceptional to deal with. We are very happy with our new van. Many thanks to Clint and all the team at Royal Flair Epping.
