I have used them for my pellets and maintenance for 3 years now. They have great pellets. There service is what is a rip off. They charge $269 to come out to fix items. Don’t have all parts on truck, charge you another $99 to come back with part. Spent $369 for 2 hrs of work, rip off ! Plus charged another $200 for parts that they mark up. Can get the parts they replaced for much cheaper online. Double rip off. Won’t get another $ from me. Tried to discuss with them and they said that’s what they charge.

These kinds are interested in customer satisfaction I bought a wood fireplace insert from Royal Fireside. I used for about a month when the door gasket became frayed. I called and they said it was a known defective design and that the manufacturer had not used the appropriate high temperature tape. They promised to order a new gasket because they had taken care of the warranty on my behalf when I purchased. They claimed to have encountered a number of gasket problems with the same model insert.
