The Manager and the cashier working today are extremely disrespectful. Cussing and raising there voice. Inappropriate on all levels.
The food at this royal farmers (to me) is never fresh! Went there one early morning to get some tenders to go with my waffles after arriving to work, I realized the chicken was dry, hard and tastes like the oil is old or their fry unit isn't cleaned. I will not be buying anymore chicken tenders from this place aver again. Why can't your customers receive FRESH chicken no matter what time of day?!? I came at 4PM and last couple weeks ago that I was trying to grab some slushie and there’s no cup of large size and no one’s gonna stuck a new cup or they didn’t have it.
Definitely calling the corporate office, very disappointed. First I got charged for items I did not get. Which I feel like it was done on purpose, the cashier knew the people with the products I got charged for they were right behind me. It wasn't an accident and if this is the way you try to get over on customers then I will surely take my business elsewhere. Plus the food I ordered wasn't cooked all the way.
