Had a great experience with this company it's a good place for a haircut. Charged me for a haircut online and it came out of my account and was asked to cash app. Was never refunded for double charging and no one ever got back to me on the app gave them 3 months to get to it. I always giving people opportunities to make things right and I'm sure calling and speaking directly would fix things but if your going to have a app for business make sure to handle your business on that app
It’s only 1 star simply because I can’t give it a 0. Hubby went in for a cut. Asked for a Burst fade , trim on top with fringe. The barbers inside looked at each other n the gentleman shook his heads. N the lady that done it said I’ll make time. Which SHOULD have been the 1st indication not to get it done. But gave the benefit of the doubt and stayed to get it done. Absolutely messed it up. Not what was asked for. Never going here again. Wouldn’t take my dog here to get a trim.
