I can't speak about the quality of their roofing work, you'll have to speak my neighbor about that. What I can speak to is the amount of garbage that ended up all over my front yard and I live a couple houses down from the house where the work was being done. Yes, Royal Exteriors had a trash can on the site. Probably would've been more helpful if they emptied the thing , and or used it before they left the work site. Customer beware!! So your roof is damaged from hail and wind and you have to find someone to repair it very soon...now comes the hard part. Who can you trust? Who will return your calls? And who will treat you with respect and get the ball rolling quickly? I can tell you who that is NOT! Shawn Mullen, and Royal Exteriors. Promised us an estimate 2x and never followed through. I contacted Royal Exteriors two weeks ago to request a quote to repair a portion of my roof where water leakage is apparent on the ceiling below. The person who answered the phone, answered from a job site took my information and repeatedly said they were busy but would get back to me in a week. Having not heard anything, I called again and the same man, answered the phone, when politely pressed said, that they weren't interested in small jobs/repairs.
