Royal express transported our mother from Glendale Arizona to Southern California. Mom is on hospice and is on oxygen . The trip went smoothly and Eric was very gentle with her. His wife was constantly checking on her and monitoring her oxygen. Royal Express Transportation made a very stressful situation for us easy as pie. Thank you!
Royal Express is a very convenient and reliable service. They offer great vehicles and are always punctual. My mother-in-law always asks me to see if a ride with Eric is available, and I understand why: despite her pain and discomfort, Eric always managed to lift her mood and elevate her spirits. The service is consistently personable and fun while remaining respectful and professional. This is the first time I have had to transport my physically handicapped husband. The owner, Eric was very prompt picking us up for a dentist appointment. He instructed me to call 10 minutes before the appointment was done and a van that was in the area would be there to retrieve us. The van was there and we did not have to wait at all. The best thing was the care taken while moving my husband. It was a great experience and I would recommend.
I was having a really hard time trying to get my incapacitated mother in law to the hospital; this company and especially the driver Frank went above and beyond helping us to transport her. They arrived within 1 hour of calling, and the driver even helped to put her in the wheelchair when the rehab facility refused to. I am forever grateful to them, without their help I could not have gotten her to the hospital on my own. Their fees are extremely reasonable as well.
