They were there in less than 15 minutes after they were called. The driver did not need any help getting to the destination. He was as helpful as he needed to be. He explained he was required to escort me to my door. He stood there, until I was safely in my home. A very professional service, prompt and conscientious service.

I needed a ride home frome hospital after a procedure that put me under. I first reached Royal Transport and reached Eric. He could not have been more emphatic to my needs. I had to call him back on several occasions because release times had changed. He sent the transpot before I was completely released. The driver waited took me home with care. I then.
