I’ve lived here for about 5–6 months. At first glance, the apartments look nice, there’s great natural light and the units are visually appealing. But once you look closer, you start noticing the flaws, like gaps in door frames and poor attention to detail. The walls are very thin, so you hear your neighbors and even people in the hallways pretty clearly. Parking is another major issue. This place is an insane asylum. People screaming the animal upstairs marching around. The office staff is useless. Didn't tell us this was low income housing. In general a real mess

Management is very professional, but also very caring to help at the same time. Would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a smooth process with good pricing and great amenities! :)

Since new management came in, it has been really bad. The new manager, Michelle, doesn’t care about residents’ complaints and needs. There is a littering problem and there is only one overflowed dumpster for the entire building which is gross. They only have two washing machines for more than 30 apartments to use and both of them are not working. One of the washer machines hasn’t been working for more than a month.
