My stay here was decent except for when I had no internet (which I paid for with a fee) for about 3 weeks in a row. My neighbors were extremely loud and nothing was ever done about it AND to top it off I have been waiting for my deposit back for over 8 weeks and they keep giving me excuse after excuse as to why they won’t send it. Maintenance did move my smoke alarm however, if I am not mistaken the little light should be flashing stating that it is on. As for the pest control as I requested, I know they didn't not do anything because my family is visiting for this week and nothing has been done with regards to pest control. So will they be coming in anytime this week or next week?

i lived here from december of 2024 to december of 2025. everything was great till a couple months in, seemed like they were going through a management and financial crisis. parking became impossible even with the parking pass. laundry became overrun with not enough working washer and dryers. i had been locked out of the building probably a good handful of times because there's no backup way to get into building if you don't have the fob. i was told no animals at all and then i had begun to notice dogs later on in my time the... read more
