Bad experience at the ESSR Jhandewalan RE showroom. I got my bike customized and replaced the footrests, but the staff never returned the original parts. When I asked for them later, they denied receiving them and were completely unhelpful. There is no transparency or accountability here, and the staff seems unaware of their duties. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.
