Syd is so lovely and generous with his time. He was happy to chat with me on the phone to see if I could resolve the issue on my own, and when that didn't work and came out right away. Very kind man and very reasonable price!
I'm really happy with Syd. Prices were reasonable, and he was extremely knowledgeable about common issues with my furnace. He only accepted cash or cheque, but I knew that up front.
I could not be happier with the service I received from Syd. He explained to me over the phone how the furnace control board worked and helped me troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair my furnace without the need for a service call. The world needs more honest people like this. Thank you so much!!

Syd lied about service he would provide, and put me off for a few days while my kids froze. Blamed me for not paying a bill, but he wouldn't take an email transfer.
