Best apartment in CBD. Great accessibility to trams, hospitals, Melbourne Uni, Queen Victoria market, and everything the city has to offer. Since moving into Royal Elizabeth, I have received professional service by Jester in concierge. He always responded to any requests and provided information when I wasn’t sure about car park, accessing the loading bay, rubbish bins (including what has to go into which bins), and access to facilities. Spacious apartments. Awesome terrace. Super helpful Concierge. Stinky bin place. Up to date Gym. Uninterrupted sunrise on Pelham street view. Respectful Neighbors. Half of building has apartments which do not have opening windows, covered by The Student Housing Company next door, best go for the ones which aren't blocked.
